AN EXTREMELY RUSHED TRIBUTE TO ROGER EBERT

A classic selection from the screenplay by the late ROGER EBERT
"She was living in a single room with three other individuals. One of them was a male, and the other two, well the other two were females. God only knows what they were up to in there... and furthermore, Susan, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to learn that all four of them habitually smoked marijuana cigarettes... reefers!"

Duncan McLeod in Russ Meyer's BEYOND THE VALLEY OF THE DOLLS
Another epic Ebert script: the guy did more than review movies, he wrote 'em!
4/4/2013 Roger Ebert joins Gene Siskel... Rest in Peace, and save the aisle cloud!
The News ain't  covering Ebert's awesome scriptwriting credits, so that's that... It's done... RIP!

  1. I just heard this now that he had died. As long as I can remember reading or watching movie reviews there was Roger Ebert (and Siskel too). I had just read earlier what he had wrote about his cancer coming back. *poof* and then he's gone. I knew it couldn't have been good with his announcement but so quick, jeez.

RIP Roger Ebert. Whether I disagreed with you or you turned me on to movie after movie you will be missed sir.

    Wow. So quick.
