Imagine if, in the original KING KONG, Fay Wray never made it past the dense fog when headed towards the island... during what was basically the first of several publicity stunts involving a gorgeous woman... as the ominous fog here's part of the titular GHOST GALLEON that is old, eerie, extremely foreboding and downright creepy...

Which doesn't keep one of two stranded models from quickly suffering the worst fate in horror flicks: curiosity that takes her from a sport franchise's broken-down speedboat onto the creaky vessel where THE BLIND DEAD, who are Spanish horror director Amando de Ossorio's Middle Ages Knights Templar skeleton-zombies from two previous installments, murder a total of three lovely girls...

One of them the Janet Leigh PSYCHO character, who we only think is the most important since the first half revolves around scream-queen Bárbara Rey being vocally stressed about missing girlfriend Blanca Estrada... the second to die aboard the titular ship (after unwisely following her missing model counterpart): but the first we see everything horrible happening to...

Which is a tortuous/nightmarish clanging of chains and slow-burn grabbing of sinewy skeletal hands... yet ultimately playing like separate vignettes around rambling filler expository about the BLIND DEAD backstory, meaning little to those two bloodletting payoffs: the only worthwhile uses of an otherwise neglected/wasted ghostly locale.
