Either way, Dawn winds up a hooker under pimp Bo Hopkins, who loves being mean and seedy. And although a 1970’s TV-movie can’t do the subject matter justice, there’s no other decade worthy of such groovy melodrama: The marquee-laden streets of Hollywood Boulevard is a character in itself backed by a rocking RUNAWAYS track... pun obviously intended.<br /> <br /> <table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="float: left; margin-right: 1em; text-align: left;"><tbody> <tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg8dFJqgEDku_SGbpHVzRtspBaNYpUaQ8iIctoIqRMARvOseeal91NUpszAsJHUQifaT1a0SKVViIL9Jws0g1IQgqr9NNDNutrpa2JnoeRbuefPgv2mnfN2dvwAWbjL53YGSquay4WYk5Px/s619/photo-287-1.jpg" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="196" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg8dFJqgEDku_SGbpHVzRtspBaNYpUaQ8iIctoIqRMARvOseeal91NUpszAsJHUQifaT1a0SKVViIL9Jws0g1IQgqr9NNDNutrpa2JnoeRbuefPgv2mnfN2dvwAWbjL53YGSquay4WYk5Px/s320/photo-287-1.jpg" width="320" /></a></td></tr> <tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;"><u>Leigh shakes Eve's Plumb but good </u></td></tr> </tbody></table> As the story progresses, Alexander’s male hustler day job is shown in glimpses (he'll get his own sequel two years later) as Dawn’s nightlife gets distracted by parole officer Georg Stanford Brown, teaming with Alexander to set things right, turning an edgy exploitation into an After School Special. He’s already raped another inmate, that being scene-stealer and poster girl Sharon Farrell as Melanie. With shaggy dirty-blond hair and an unpredictable de<i>range</i>  of emotions, she’s the person most effected by what our main character Kelly should be more effected by: being stuck in a blue-walled purgatory that offers random electroshock therapy like peanuts at a ball game...<br /> <br /> <div style="text-align: right;"> </div> <div style="text-align: left;"> </div> <table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="float: left; margin-right: 1em; text-align: left;"><tbody> <tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg9nzHFPo87XDfP7hL6MVQnWUjBGImbucWQOolxbbpPx5V85HiCxXBKRph1C07gb9Fs0kXvPHbrO__O-4IlqhgdVdGEhEsrqnuOO1-p54tsbW5Fxhcor0GKNQ7zNfFS5kYFVD6gjzhm2jds/s1600/Screen%252BShot%252B2019-11-11%252Bat%252B4.18.18%252BAM.jpeg" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1162" data-original-width="1600" height="290" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg9nzHFPo87XDfP7hL6MVQnWUjBGImbucWQOolxbbpPx5V85HiCxXBKRph1C07gb9Fs0kXvPHbrO__O-4IlqhgdVdGEhEsrqnuOO1-p54tsbW5Fxhcor0GKNQ7zNfFS5kYFVD6gjzhm2jds/s400/Screen%252BShot%252B2019-11-11%252Bat%252B4.18.18%252BAM.jpeg" width="400" /></a></td></tr> <tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;"><u>The famous image of the poster girl for The Fifth Floor Sharon Farrell</u></td></tr> </tbody></table> <div style="text-align: left;"> </div> <div style="text-align: left;"> </div> Kelly, falsely accused of attempting suicide, had been intentionally poisoned... <br /> <br /> There doesn’t seem to be any way out of the ward except one successful escape that doesn’t last very long since Kelly’s boyfriend (John David Carson) is in cahoots with the friendly head doctor (Mel Ferrer).
