The year before Vernon Sewell would direct blond-haired British duo Derren Nesbitt and Keith Faulkner as bank robbers in STRONGROOM, they played another pair of crooks yet far more lowly and desperate: knocking out a bookie chained to a bag of cash... and for a tight 57-minutes, they get tied to both...
Mostly taking place on the road, driving around in the unconscious man's car while trying to figure out how to dump the poor fella, after having separated his chained arm from the loot much too quickly...

Providing blonde beauty Carol White her only semi-suspenseful scene: hiding the fortune from her husband, the younger, more vulnerable Faulker, whose more experienced and dangerous crime mentor Nesbit doesn't even flinch...
Keeping his cool so well that, even when facing random cops showing up out of nowhere, there's not enough underline tension in what's more of an edgy criminal character-study than tightly-wound crime thriller.
