Director Peter Maxwell had used shady-looking George Pastell in BLIND SPOT as a lowly-thug, and here he merely hires those rotten types to kill lead actor Conrad Phillips...

Alongside a possibly double-crossing ex-cellmate and nice-girl/workmate Linda Marlowe, the scene-stealer is the kingpin's sexy, lounge-singing moll (and Marlowe's doppelganger) Anita West...

Manipulating all three male characters with a combination of faux innocence and cunning charm, she deserved either a bigger role, or another feature entirely dedicated to her seductive mind-games.
